About the Author

Brit Bertino is an international wedding producer located in the United States who has been designing and producing weddings for over a decade. As Brit’s clientele grew beyond the U.S. borders she found the need to gather definitive content about wedding traditions from a multitude of different cultures. Brit found that many segments of information were missing on the world wide web as well as other related informational articles. She decided to develop a book that can help educate couples, wedding professionals, and hospitality students on wedding traditions from around the world. The research for this book has taken over three years and the content has been developed by extensive research and interviews from other wedding professionals and families related to each country in the book.
